The problem is that the system allows for each country to implement the directives so each country makes sure that what they implement suits them. Except for the UK, of course, where our chinless wonders in Whitehall just follow the letter of the directives. So we get screwed.

What we need is less Cambridge arts graduates working in Government. Maybe then we'd get some sensible stuff coming out of the corridors of power. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
