@BWGRRS

Put the car in reverse, check that the passenger mirror dips.

Adjust drivers mirror to required dip.

Press "M" on drivers seat, and immediately after, press "1".

You will hear a chime, and message in display should read "Door mirror dip stored"

Put car in "drive", then in "reverse", check and see that both mirrors now dip
according to Your wishes.

Sorted.

Reverse Mirror Dip

Tried the suggestion, but it did not work Sad
RRS is going into Kentdale, in Kendal, Cumbria, for its MOT, in 2 weeks, so I will get the techs to check it out.

This, along with almost every other "how do I switch X on/off" type question is dealt with in the manual. Whistle

If you don't have the manual then try looking up your particular model on topix: http://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/vehicle/lookupForm

Indeed it is dealt with in the manual, but the forums are here to share information and belong to a community!

I for one am slightly dyslexic and I find it very hard to read manuals, and I thank anyone who takes the time to explain in plain English how things work Thumbs Up MY2007 RRS TDV8 Black - tinted glass - side steps- stormer grille - 20" diamond cut alloys - alpaca leather - TV/DVD pack - some blingy chrome bits & bob's

Share info and build community? Sure. Repeat the same answers time after time because people just want to be spoon fed rather than go and look for the answer that LR kindly provided for them? Not so sure.

A lot of the questions asked on here are either answered in the manual or have already been answered on the forum. The search facility helps with the latter resource.

When the manual and searching have been exhausted then asking in here is the thing to do. That way we all learn new stuff rather than spending time rehashing the same old "how do I set up X?"

This is a general moan, by the way. Judging by a number of posts by regular contributors recently, I'm not alone in holding this view. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
