I recently decided I wanted to start a watch collection, having always had one decent watch.....now I have 4!

I've only ever used the rapport winder and I found it to be ok but nothing substitutes wearing the watch.

There are some watch 'experts' that do not condone the use of winders as some versions can wear out the movement too quickly!... they were primarily developed for watches with complicated movements, which can be a pain to set up once stopped..... modern movements are easy to set up when they stop.... go figure |

I wanted them ready to wear at any time, I can't be bothered re-setting the date and time every time......again today the Breitling had stopped after 3 days in the winder....very annoying |
