Yes it invalidates the warranty in a few more areas as well and makes the ride horrible...

...why would you want to do it (but then ive never understood so dont bother explaining Wink Mike

As Mike says, it invalidates the warranty. If you read the small print of the warranty, you'll find it specifically excludes paying out for anything chav done to the vehicle... Whistle Rolling with laughter Thumbs Up

Sorry, I'm with Mike - I don't understand the whole 22inch wheel thing either... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Anything that isnt the standard LR wheel size, yes.

They spend millions testing combinations in all conditions etc Mike

Thanks

I guess I should be ok as 20" wheels are mentioned on the tyre pressure guide info. on the drivers door.

Iv been using 22" since I got my sport and can honestly say the ride isn't bad at all, think they look better aswell. Depends what the car is used for and what look you prefer.

what about an in-between color, grey ? im seriously looking at having my alloys re-colored to this ! Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

Yorky, ignore the doommongers, if you want to go for 22s then do it, we have been customising cars for ever so go for it, I agree with keeping things standard bit that is because I am old!! I, and others, appreciate a well done custom, they do lkook better< Rosco

I had 22's on my sport and never had an issue with warrentee, it is selective. Having said that my Fullfat had its claim turned down at a different dealer for gearbox issue and in the end I paid for pump, filter and oil and changed these myself, resolving the issue.
If you buy an Overfinch from a dealer, they don't dispute the cover, and Overfinch confirm that they do not modify anything. There was a very pretty Overfinch sat on local LR dealers forecourt with all the bumph on screen that included 12 months extended warrantee Rolling Eyes
If you want to be sure, keep your original wheels and fit them if car is going to workshop. I really didn't notice any change in ride on either car but will shortly re-fit original 19's with M&S tyres for the winter as the huge 22" tyres will be useless in snow Thumbs Up 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Overfinch also (or used to) carry a licence from land rover to modify things...but then i thought you got an overfinch warranty not an LR one Mike

Don't know who provides the new car warrantee but the second hand one was described on the sales sheet in screen as "Land Rover Approved 12 month used car Warrantee"

Least mine was easy sorted, just the PCM to put right, dealer was unable to access systems yesterday on mine although spent three hours trying. They were able to programme lots of options but in process in turning on drive away locking, wiped the global closing function I had. Seems the fault is in the unit as computer kept saying system in unavailable for this function. Do like the remote control heater function now I have the remote programmed Thumbs Up 2x TDV6.
