Those links are all to TDV6 related information. The TDV8 filter is a different design. After changing the filter it should only be necessary to switch on the 'ignition' without starting the engine and wait for the fuel pump to stop. Repeat that a couple of times and the system should self-bleed. If that step is missed or fails then there is a fuel bleeding point under the engine acoustic cover; look for a short armoured hose with grey cap on the end. Under the cap is a Schrader type valve. Get your assistant to switch on the ignition and while the pump is running use something to press the centre of the valve and try to catch the fuel in jam jar and minimise spills with a large piece of rag. Then clean the fuel up where it has squirted everywhere. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE
