time for that service. can anyone recommend a good service place between bournemouth and exeter? i would also like a remap because of that well reported acceleration lag, so want a place that has experience in doing this.

Give www.blackdown4x4.co.uk a try. They did my belt service for £400 and are very experienced with LR. They also do (I believe) Autologik remaps, which although I haven't had done do seem to have a good reputation. They are near Honiton, about 20 mins from Exeter.
