Hi Sparky

Just to let you know my light turned up last Friday and I fitted them today and they look great. The side lights look a bit yellow now so as previously mentioned in an earlier post i'll look at changing them for leds.

Cheers Andrew Thumbs Up

Out of idle interest, I have active headlights, so will I have to send you mine to convert or do you have a pair of active lights already done? 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I havent got a set done, but I do have a set ready to do if someone wants them Whistle

I've also just done a set that are all black internals apart from the inside of the reflective bit, they look even better than the other ones as the rings are fitted first and then the whole unit is sprayed black so the whole thing looks a lot more OEM as the ring looks part of the bezel and not an extra bit thats stuck on as it just blends in.

I will add some pics to page 1 Thumbs Up

Very happy with sparky's LED conversion.

Function as DRL's and are extremely white and bright

Here they are on the left of picture (AF on plate) standing next to my wife's MY12 to show how white they are compared to the OEM LED's

Setting up was very straightforward as well..

Work commitments mean I haven't got time to do these at the mo, but still have a couple of sets if anyone fancies having a go at a DIY?

Its easy enough to do and full instructions supplied

Hi Sparky, I'm interested. The question is, I'm going to get an autobiography front bumper soon, do you know if these lights will still fit?
I dont mind giving the DIY a go if so.
One other question, don't the oem lights have more led's on the ring? Just wondering if it's possible to modify them further.
Cheers / Luke Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

Hi Luke,

Depends if your new bumper will be facelift MY10> or designed to fit a pre MY10, if its a facelift then you will need to change lights & wings anyway so will have to buy genuine facelift lights, but if its designed to fit a pre facelift model then you will keep your existing lights.

My lights are on the car on the right in the photo above with the AF on plate, they have 10 led's per ring and the OEM ones on the left have 9, there is nothing I can do about that really, but don't think its really that noticeable.

Ive actually had 2 MY10> owners asking me what bulbs I have in my lights as they like the brighter white & want to upgrade, you should see the look on their face when I tell them to buy an old RRS Laughing

ok now that's news to me about the front bumper. I thought there was only one type of front bumper, i.e. facelift. Looks like i'm gonna have to do some more reading.

let me fix this bumper surprise issue and ill get back to you Wink Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
