2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 S Buckingham Blue
Traces in headlights

I changed some bulb and i do have some traces in the round , if you see what i am saying, any help with this.

I wanted to ask, is it easy to change these bulbs and maybe i can clean the inside lens then, any ideas or advices? tdv6s 2.7 2007
