Hardly, I am in the UK and I am nice and have an RRS. But I did PM him a couple of times wanting some info on where to stay in Perth later this year before he was banned. I do have his email and he said he was still banned. What I didn't know is that you could have more than one identity, doesn't the system log your IP?
