Looks Bc I hope you don't have to change the 24 to 36 if you start lagging behind.

To try & get fit I do 10 to 15 miles every morning on my bike - god knows how you do 280 in 24 hours !!

Have to go very early 5 / 5.30 so I do not cause too many accidents or get clubbed as middle aged man in lycra is not a pretty sight  Paul

I'm starting to change the training now with just over a couple of weeks left, a few faster, but shorter rides, trying to average 19-20mph for a 20-30 mile ride over the next week or so, then I will be just turning the legs over a couple of times before the big day and carb'ing up in the 4 days beforehand....mmmm pasta  ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
