DSC light coming on

Hi, I have a problem with my RRS wondering if anyone can help. When I am going round a roundabout or right hand bend (slowly) the DSC comes on and the ABS kicks in on the left front wheel. Things checked or change so far, wheel alignment, height level sensors all round and the abs sensor on that's side. It can happen going round left bend, however it's only at speed but not out of control fast.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

did you have a full 4 wheel alignment. Did you get a print out? Hunters systems seem to be the best at showing how these cars should be setup.

If done properly, it should fix the problem unless you have a) worn tyres b) underinflated tyres c) worn bushes or somethign else on the suspension that is causing the wheel to move unaturally Bodsys Brake Bible

Wheel alignment done on all 4 wheels. Didn't get a print out though! Tyres tread depth and pressures fine.

Think this came up once before and turned out to be completely unrelated to wheel alignment. Tried looking for the thread but can't find it. From my cloudy memory, I think it was something to do with brake light switch damaged when the steering wheel locator was attached. Neutral 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I forgot one other thing, could be your steering wheel sensor.
Do you have the 4x4 info screen? Put your wheels straight ahead and see if it looks different on the screen to how they're actually aligned. Bodsys Brake Bible

Check your rear tyres as well as this can cause this fault not just the front end

DSC light coming on after fitting new wheels, help please

Hi, Can anybody help me with an issue I seem to have created? I have an 06 RR Sport HSE 2.7TDV which I have just fitted new alloys to and now the DSC light flashes and cuts in when taking corners, even at a reasonably slow speed which has never happened before. The car was running on 20" wheels fitted with 295 / 40 tyres which were mixed from front to rear with no problems at all. I needed at least 3 new tyres due to wear so decided to buy a set of used wheels and tyres online. I now have a set of 20" "Style 11 Westminster" wheels fitted with Pirelli P Zero 275 / 40 / ZR20's which came off a 2013 Vogue. As my car has Brembo front brakes, the wheels were supplied with a set of TPI 30mm spacers to avoid the wheels hitting the front callipers. I was recommended to fit spacers to all 4 wheels to ensure correct alignment, which I did but I now have this issue. Has anybody else come across this and does anybody know of a solution please? Any help gratefully received.

Many thanks,
Dave.
