Well, another lovely weekend and another 150 miles in the old leg bank.

With 1 month and 2 days left , it's time to crank up the training another notch, so getting out pretty much every other day now for a minimum of 20 miles with some longer rides thrown in for good measure.  ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
