Rear suspension rattle

Can anyone offer advice on a bad rattle from the rear suspension when you go over bumps on road at low speeds on 06 S/C. All else seems normal and drives well Confused

Avoid driving at low speeds? Whistle
Drop links or anti roll bar bushes I suspect. Check very inside of tyre tread, if its down to canvass, in which case it's swing arm bushes. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

rattle?
suspension should clunk or squeak but not rattle.
If it is a rattle I would suggest an exhaust heat shields or a loose brake disc shiels

I herd a rumour that the rear sway bar unit can cause a bad rattle. The unit above the rear diff on the sway bar also has a small oil leak which I guess is not uncommon for Land Rovers. I remember reading some time ago about a update for the sway bar to stop the rattle and or oil leak? If anyone has info would be glad to hear. Smile
