Just picked my 10MY TDV8 up after 3 attempts by another dealer to rectify three faults so instead of "near home" I used Fews as "near work".

Faults described during 2yr service (with "olympic discount" - £441-60) and re-booked to rectify as I couldn't leave the car longer than a day for the service.

All sorted:-

EPB Fault on start-up - traced to low battery voltage - battery replaced.

"Device Error" when using Iphone/Ipod - previous dealer reckoned Apple software and nothing could be done - Fews traced fault to duff cable between audio module and fridge top - replaced - sorted.

Pulling left - 4-wheel aligned "in house" and runs straight and true - used the wheels off a new demo to prove that I have an issue with my part worn tyres but the mechanical set-up is spot-on.

Dropped the car off yesterday - loan car (Fiesta - but it beats walking and on their insurance) waiting for me, in and out in minutes and off to work - two phonecalls yesterday to let me know progress and a "request" to keep her overnight to confirm the battery issue solved.

Pleasant people to deal with and ace service - recommended to anyone

Known the owners for years through Motorsport, and ex-service manager is now at Guy Salmon Bristol providing the same level of service and extras, he will collect your car locally and take it to work and bring it back that might  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
