My son has just bought a 2009 1.4 Grande Punto Eleganza, 1 owner, fsh, 6k miles and like new for £5k

His first car -19 year old, zero ncd and only £680 insurance - bit better than the hillman avenger I had

Been testing it for him last week - 50mpg and when l say "phone Sam" using voice function it does exactly that - unlike my £50k+ rrs that says "sorry"

The average markup on a RR forecourt is around 7k so at 42k I would not even be asking and take it and run. They must bemusing some mark up on the new car to offset what they have offered you Rob

On the plus side I saw the new Sport at the Suffolk Show yesterday and very, very excited to take delivery
