I am a cyclist, so I understand the point of that, but I just picture that killing someone when you have a crash and are next to another cyclist or even somehow endup up with that in myself.

My Glock 19 fits nicely in my small road bag under my seat, and riding around on country roads in the middle of nowhere, believe me it is a good idea. Wont prevent a car from getting too close, but when a pickup full of angry red necks want to mess with you, it does nicely.

Just ban cyclist? This is an appalling device that would not be legal in the UK

If they want to use the road, licence (through cycling proficiency), insurance and registered bike...I also think they should have regular MOT's - Helmets, legal lights...not these flashing things and must use the correct signals.

Cyclists should be legally required to use cycle lanes when available and not the road...unless the lane is closed (cars cant use bus lanes or bridleways) and must follow the highway code - eg not weave between cars or ride two abreast etc etc

Equality is the way forward. Mike

Must be fun to live there, holy sh** no thanks.

You must have to read a rule book to take a dump over there.

England 2012 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Alaska White

It's a fabulous product and should be fully supported here in the UK, I an very lucky to have a nice car and a nice road bike, both have no problem sharing road space, so whats the problem assuming everyone is as considerate as me Very Happy If you've got it, spend it!

Firstly, because 98% of cyclists are considerate and/or think the road is theirs

British roads are at capacity and arent as spacious as areas abroad. Mike

I think cycling is extremely dangerous, especially in London. Even more in the UK where the roads are so narrow and the buses are so huge. Vadim A.
