Think it's fair to say all cars have issues, it's just how bad. Had a Cherokee for 16 years, bought it brand new, and in its first year had to have head and exhaust manifold replaced, after that it never went wrong until two days before I sold it when a crank sensor stopped it. Came back from garage with long list of to do's so traded it and bought a full fat. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈

I got my range rover sport in December and its been back in over ten times and warranty claims well over 5 k .I agree they are lovely cars but its getting beyond a joke now

I've had my RRS for 13 months from new, just serviced it, no problems to date other than my seat which needed a replacement base as it moved when setting off or braking, it was a known issue but they sell them like that and wait for you to complain, I came out of a 10 year old e class AMG, that was definitely superior in build but things still failed, doors sensors in handle £440, fuel system/pump £1200, rear door lock £350 and other odd stuff but engine, gearbox and suspension were bomb proof!!
PS my business partner bought the same model at the same time last year and after 4 months his suspension failed, limp mode to garage or don't drive warning, can't recall now!! If you've got it, spend it!
