Well I'm calling on the RRSport members, as in just over 2 months time, I will be taking part in a rather challenging charity cycle ride for SCOPE which will entail me riding from London to Paris (280 miles) in 24 hours

Been building up the miles since January, done a fair few 75+ mile rides already, now need to start hitting 150 miles per week. Came off on the ice a couple of weeks ago which hampered training a little, but just started back yesterday on the bike as I tore an adductor But intensive Physio seems to have it on the mend.

Good luck BC, done a few miles on the bike myself lately and I really suffer with the lower back after about 3 hours. I'd advise lots of ibuprofen in the bag.
