If they are diamond turned then the cost will be about £200 a piece, takes 6 working days and there is only a limited number of times they can be done because of the need to turn down the metal on a lathe. You could try a cheap repair but that involves painting them silver so you will need all four doing. '10 Range Rover Sport TDV8

As posted above - the problem with Diamond Turned alloys are they can only be re-furbed a couple of times in their life, which should really focus the mind out and about (and why i didnt take them on mine)

Just to add - just think, with the new sport being wider an longer, how impossible it will be in these car parks! Mike

I have never tried to use a multi storey car park in the RRS, that's what the Fiat 500 is good for......... |

Another reason I run 19 inch LR rims that I picked up for £450 from a garage when someones new car was having shiny wheels put on instead.

My local place just over the border in Bedfordshire is Mint alloys. They have repaired my alloys to a very high standard in the past and they have just given me a quote of £115 to refurb my Diamond Turned alloy.

I'm circa 1960 and not tight Most car parks aren't made for range rovers. My full fat wouldn't go into most car parks in Bath and only time I curbed a Sport wheel was trying to get round the exit barrier that didn't go as high as the claimed maximum head room. Of course the council dismissed claim for wheel repair. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀 TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!! Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈 Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱 Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜 |

The company I used suggested fitting sacrificial plastic rim protectors. Fitted cost ia bout £100 for four and they come in a range of colours. If you choose black you would never know they were there. http://www.alloygator.com/index.asp?page_ID=24 I am seriously considering these for my car! '10 Range Rover Sport TDV8
