Speakers - 'cracking sound' when using Iphone via Bluetooth

When receiving a phone call via the cars Bluetooth connection there is a harsh high pitched spitting noise from the front drivers door speaker, almost as if the connection is being broken temporarily? The problem is not there when using a normal audio device like the radio Cd player etc

Any clues? Crying or Very sad Mike

No clues on how to solve this, sorry but I suffer from the same problem.

I have this, a sort of clipping that occurs when input into PA system is too high. It helps when you turn volume down but then can't hear other person.
Not sure what causes it but guess it is Bluetooth unit that needs updated 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
