Day at Gaydon

See below - I'm going on 14th PM

Call 0800 923 0073 now to book your place on an exclusive driving event at Land Rover HQ.

We've never done this before. Our Gaydon headquarters is normally closed to the general public, and to just about everyone else as well. That's because it's our Proving-Ground, the place where every Land Rover model is pushed to the limit. However, between 7th and 16th of July we will be holding a unique series of driving events for 400 select Land Rover guests.

There will be two events per day during which you will receive an in-depth presentation from one of our test engineers showing you how to get the most from Range Rover Sport. After this you will not only experience on-road driving but you will also take on the might of our Proving-Ground itself. And as well as getting to grips with the Range Rover Sport Supercharged you'll also be driving the new Range Rover Sport HST.

ON-ROAD satellite navigation will guide you along some of the most scenic roads that wind their way through the Warwickshire countryside. OFF-ROAD test yourself to the limit on the hills, descents, mud and boulders of our infamous Proving-Ground where only our test engineers have driven before. TRACK experience the thrilling performance of the Range Rover Sport as a professional test driver shows you exactly what it can do on our high-speed track.

Lunch will be provided for all our guests and light refreshments will be available throughout the day.

To book a place for you and a guest at this exclusive driving event call 0800 923 0073 before 2nd July 2006. Numbers are strictly limited, so places will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.

Now, what did we say about quick responses again?

I'd love to go on this. Gaydon isn't far for me either.

Do you have to be a RRS owner? Could I blag it as a past owner?

Should I phone them direct, or can you only go if invited for a guest from someone? VA, I'll be your guest if this is the case. Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!

2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
