Can anyone recommend a wheel refurb company in the north east im in durham car is 3 years old now and alloys are starting to blister just thought i would keep car a little longer as its only done 15k and im waiting for the new model to be released any help would be great also do you just drop the car off with its wheel on and they take them off refurb and refit ? 2016 bmw x5 40d m-sport space grey

Arn't blistered wheels covered by your warranty I know when i had a Mitsubishi L200 back in 2005 the wheels on those started blistering and many owners had them replaced under warranty, might be worth a shout to your dealer, unless your other half has kerbed them to death then you won't have a cat in hells chance.

probably a little far for you but romax in stockton have a good rep they have a face book page with some of there work on as well. think its about 70 quid for a 20inch wheel only the dead truely know peace,

The wheel speciliast in Newcastle had mine done twice there now do a great job and u just leave the car there they remove wheels and only takes half a day for the full job

Ady had overfinch supersports put on the car when new so wont be covered by warranty wheels are in perfect condition apart for the blistering wife never drives the car so thats saved them

Kensta tried website they have a unit in durham spoke on phone car booked in for wednesday just dropping car of they are going to drop me home and pick me up when car is ready getting all 4 wheels done £70 a wheel plus vat so £336 in total only problem not sure what colour to go for maybe smoked chrome or even black will have to have a good look on the day .

I'd say smoked chrome would look nice against the blue Java black 2006

Had the wheels done Charcoal/Anthracite at the wheel specialist durham look fantastic in the flesh dont think picture does them justice but really pleased with result Kensta thanks again for the heads up

nice im liking that colour bit darker and matter than mine might be tempted with that as got to get mine done. need to get some tyre wall black on the tyres to make them really stand out and would be a good contrast between the blue and grey only the dead truely know peace,

chilly in the flesh there more glossy then matt and they have a really good metallic finish
