It's a modern thing used by both young people and those would like to be/remain famous. Don't worry - you probably don't fit in either category... Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks both i'm a little clearer now...but i did want to understand this new technology

So after approaching some young people on the local corner (who call themselves "XXX Masivv") and providing them FOC with all the electronics i had on me together with some extensive google searching, it would appear its a version of short messaging service (SMS) from any device but instead of you sharing your thoughts with the person its intended - you bore the rest of the world with it...occasionally saying pointless things, to those that really dont have a life (eg the earlier mentioned Jeremy Kyle audience) Rolling with laughter Mike

Seen as most of us are motoring enthusiasts, hows about us arranging a meet at this event http://www.traxshows.co.uk/clubs/?ns_servi...l_job=5868 ? (James) Laughing Its a great day out and plenty to do for all the family Thumbs Up It would be great if someone (James) could arrange a pitch for our members via the trax website so we could get to meet some of our other members and maybe book some track space for us to have a blast around the silverstone GP circuit Thumbs Up Ive done this previously with another car club and it was a great day, i have been going for many years now and just thought it might be a good idea for us RRS fans to attend and maybe invite other members from the sister sites. Wink Let me know your thoughts James via pm if you wish, i'm willing to help out if nessessary.

Ady, it looks a cracking event....... this issue for me is that it is in one of the two months where I hardly see my family let alone have the time to organise a get-together!! Big Cry

If it wasn't in September then I would have given it some serious thought. Hopefully there is someone else who is able to keep a log of people that want to attend and see if they can get a display area?

Sorry I can't help on this one Crying or Very sad
