I've just been quoted just shy of 5,000 EUR (3450 GBP) for a set of four Stormer wheels (20") and tyres (Goodyear or Dunlop). Does this pricing seems in line with what's being charged in the UK for OE Stormers and tyres?

That seems a ridiculous amount of money to me. I know for a fact the "cost" price is nowhere near that figure. Have a look on ebay, there are plenty of very good Stormer copies available at much more sensible prices. As for tyres, have a look at Hankook. They are very competitively prices and seem to work very well on the RRS.
I'm just having some 295/40x20 tyres fitted at the moment.

I've been looking at several options on eBay - but as someone else has pointed out here - it's something of a jungle when it comes to quality on wheels when bought on eBay - tyres I'm not worried about - wheels are another matter. Personally, I'd prefer only to have TUV certified wheels.
