If the dealer has misrepresented the product and you've paid a price based on that misrepresentation then under the sale of goods act you have been mis sold. I'd be looking for a "fair" refund based on the lower spec otherwise a visit to your local trading standards office may be in order! The ad doesn't state Lux Pack that was something he said, however it does state Heated Steering Wheel but I'm not really that bothered and the price was good for 3,800 mile 6 month old car, so all in all I'm still happy, but I take your point, just have enough to do without chasing this.
