Holiday In April

Hi guys

Totaly off topic but maybe worth a try, Mrs sparky hits the big 40 in april and I'm thinking of taking her away for 2/3 nights without the boys for a bit of R&R

Thinking of a something a bit special, nice villa with private pool etc or top end resort, and was wondering if any of you knowledgable lot could recomend somewhere that you may of been and enjoyed? Got to be reasonably hot, without traveling long haul?

Or even better, if any of the more affluent have their own villa that they rent out let me know Thumbs Up

Here are my suggestions:

Sorrento, Italy - http://www.exvitt.it/ you want a suite

Marrakech - http://www.fivestaralliance.com/luxury-hot...-char-bagh

Skegness - npinks caravan

edit, sorry just noticed you wanted villa not hotel Embarassed

difficult to get villas for just the weekend, although in low season you might get lucky.try on "owners direct website" , used it about a dozen times for italy. I could go back to Rome a million times, and still not tire of it!!

or how about this, price is not deadly, and if you were snuggled up in the snow/rain, you wouldnt want to set foot out of the front door!

Thanks guys Thumbs Up

Jonny -The Sorrento one looks really nice, neither of us have been to Italy and have always fancied it, definitely short listed this one

Codfather - Castle looks nice but she has her heart set on a couple of days on a sunbed

I went their in September, great place, 20 minute boat ride over to Capri, this hotel has a private lift down the cliff face to the boat dock!

Amazing but you definitely want a suite over the normal rooms, well worth the extra. Thumbs Up
