Hi

I just ordered a new RRS black edition in white with black wheels I'm changing from a hse disco 4... It guests delivered 1st march, could any of you guys give me tips on if I need to seal the paintwork or wheels, can I also get the square type exhausts as an add on.... I did a few bits to my disco, anyone have anymore ideas for me?

i presumed the black edition had the square exhausts,,,i've trawled looking for real photo's of one but can't find a definate good photograph anywhere,,

as soon as i'm home i'll get pics up of mine

the supaguard is supposedly being done to mine before pick up,,i've never seen a difference on any other new car i've had with it previously,so i dont recommend it 2013.5 rrs black edition in white here now

Hi,well done,I did ad to mine extra Lakier (clear),protecting and making live easier mean no scratches up to this point and much better for cleaning .you can see my at my sport..)-Kahn .kahn changing car Big fun of RRS-my one WHITE-RED with wide body kit plus RS alloys all from KAHN

did you not know they were bringing out a new rrs at the end of the year?
personally,i think,if you worried about anything you bought being out of date soon,you wouldn't buy anything at all
if you compare the sport with the rr,,you could argue that because the new rr is so much more expensive than the 2012,then that keeps residuals up on the previous,,,,the new rr is less equipped for the same model too,,which may mean the same happening with the sport
if you like the one you've bought,then why worry 2013.5 rrs black edition in white here now

No I never new I did ask the dealer and he said a new model is due in oct but wasn't sure of a change to the shape? I am getting 20% off list though so should I worry... When is the new model out?

Just a point - very few people actually know when they are bringing the next range rover sport to market a few assume it will be at the end of 13.

Whilst dealer prices are silly sometimes, supaguard and/or lifeshine does have its advantages...just get a good deal

Ill stand to be corrected, but i didn't think the black had the square exhausts - i didn't spend any time looking at it though as it was identical to mine, you have to have the pack to get the square autobio style exhausts...but like i say i didnt look at it for any time. Mike

I have a trade in too but I have had sidesteps put on as well but I got a lr employee voucher to give me the discount

Hmmm.......always a difficult decision on whether or not to buy a car which will be replaced by a new model in the next 12 months or so.

One thing is for certain and that is the next generation of RRS will be a completely different beast to the current model. Lighter, larger, more fuel efficient and greener I'm really looking forward to seeing the final product!

I personally would not buy a brand new RRS with the launch of the replacement model coming up. I would probably go for a good used MY12 (with the 8 speed box) and trade this in against a new model.

Just my opinion though
