Is this a HST grille?

I can buy this from a friend and was wondering. Is this a HST grille?
I would then just paint it.

HST Style, ie a fake one

Never easy to paint over the chrome coating either mate, id buy a genuine one if it was me

as x5pea has said chrome is really bad to paint and will come off pretty easy
