I had something similar but on older model, turned out to be a wiring loom failure from body to bumper. Had now been replaced twice in five years where it rubs through. When I had the bumper off for paint, I rerouted loom, wrapped it in foamed tape and added a few more self adhesive cable clips so it shouldn't happen again. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

Apparently the Forward Alert false positive error was related to a faulty NSF ABS sensor. All fixed under warranty. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
