At the risk of sounding daft, how do the RRS's fare in the snow on normal road tyres?

This is my first big 4x4 so its still new to me. Had my impreza out in the snow in the past and needless to say that was bags of fun Laughing

Hi fellow scouser. I also had an impreza STi a few years ago and didn't find it great in the snow but the RRS is awesome in the white stuff. Just be careful though as physics will always win and with 2.6 tonnes on top of snow it will still take some time to stop. Big Cry Thumbs Up TDV8 HSE, Remap (+45 BHP + 100 Nm), Taylored sport exhaust system by Pipe Werx
20" HST alloys, Privacy glass, Side steps, Xenon Adaptive Lighting, Adaptive cruise control

weird how we all seem to have had similar car histories leading up to the RRS - I wonder why that is? TDV8 HSE, Remap (+45 BHP + 100 Nm), Taylored sport exhaust system by Pipe Werx

We all grew up......... Whistle

The last big snowfall 2010?? I went up to Glasgow one night and I was the only car on the road. I was on way to see frankie boyle in concert and being a tight jock, no policeman was going to tell me st stay at home that night!

I gave a demo to a neighbour round about then, stuck the car in grass/gravel/snow, planted the pedal and pulled out of the junction, and it just calmly pulled away, it didn't do anything it didn't want to. On snow it is just amazing, bring it on!!!
Cheers
