Thats not far off L/R estimates, so i wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure you didn't buy your TDV8 for fuel economy Whistle

Around town it's never going to be spectacular but I'd expect you to get more that 22 in the motorway, especially at 65?

I can sit quite happily at a smidge over 77 Wink And still return 24, at 65 it'll climb to 26 and once I even got to 30 . RRS gone

I get about 20 mpg as an average around town and 28 @ 70ish out of town. For standard map take 1-2 mpg off that and you get what Land Rover says. I know cruise control takes more than me driving. I also get 22 mpg towing 28 ft caravan.
On my TDV6 I always got 2-3 mpg more after remap.
Worth checking rear callipers aren't siezed, that is what caused my average to drop, and went back to normal after issue sorted. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Yeah, they make a buzzing noise for a few seconds after the engine is turned off.

My TDV8 gives me about 18-20mpg in local driving and about 26-28mpg "on a run". That's an unmapped engine. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

TDV8 doing around 23/24 around town and 28ish on a run. I was getting probably 2 mpg more in the warmer/lighter months.

Guess I'm driving with a too light right foot. Laughing RRS TDV8 MY2010 Stornoway Grey

My average for about the last 4 months is 25.7mpg. My commute is 5 miles town followed by 17 miles motorway and 3 miles town centre stop start at the end.

Thats the same as mine other than the first trip I did from London to Glasgow where it returned 19, turned out that I was driving into a gale force wind. Graham
