Annoyed

I know there is still 45 minutes until 12 but im peed off.

I booked a replacement windscreen with the approved people (not for the sport) far in advance to get the choice of slots... I went for the 0800-1200 slot assured by them, as I was first, i should be the first job of the day.

They don't (annoyingly as i wanted to take it in) have a indoor site - so its all outside. Anyway they assured me they have the tent etc to do the job.

at 0800, 0900 and even 1000 its was dry here...they still haven't arrived and the rain and wind are really going for it

Whats the betting they either:

A) Dont do it because of the weather
B) Do it but its screwed up because of the weather
C) Dont turn up at all leaving me with a damaged windscreen

It makes me so mad...day scheduled to be here for them, ill be annoyed if there isnt a new screen in the car by the end of it Mike

my guess is your the first to book in but the lads out on the road will do the round to suit themselves

Had similar issues with the people who did the cavity insulation, booked a morning slot as i didn't want them drilling the walls when my kids were at home as a large drill and 50 holes does make quite a racket, turned up 3:30pm just as the kids came home, so one pot of tea and laid on the sofa with my shooting earphones on till they had finished, and my wife took the kids out for dinner.

Well they arent here!!

1215 I rang call centre helpful (albeit not proactive)...informed me 1400

20 minutes later fitter called he is on his way and will take him 40 minutes.

They have assured me if they dont do it today (Weather)...ill be a priority tomorrow.

Would it have killed them to call and talk to me, especially if they are running late, i couldnt care - ive booked the day to work from home - but that isnt the point. Mike

Mrs Bean had to wait in for a new bed last week.
Delivery firm cancelled it twice (only found out as I called them) and made a delivery on the 3rd day - rediculous.
