Asking questions and no one answering them

This seems to be happening a lot on here, for instance i posted a question and 38 people have viewed it without an answer, no big deal as i know some questions can take a while to answer as not everyone knows the answer but there is some simple questions that go un answered mainly with new members. 2.7 TDV6
22" Stormer alloys
Side steps
PS3
Headrest monitors
Black badges
Stainless tailpipes
Privacy glass
L.E.D. lights throughout.

I think people have got bored with answering questions that have been answered numerous times before; the discussions are easily found with the search facility yet people join the forum and dive straight in with the same old questions.

Also, some questions are asking for technical answers with very little detail in the question. As you know, this forum has lots of polishers and very few spanner-men Rolling with laughter so some technical stuff just draws a blank and might be better asked or researched in the D3 forum. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

What was the question? In 9 years of LR ownership and iffy history with Sports I have come across most issues and fought to get them resolved or published. Coming from a mechanical engineering background and having mechanical/electrical specialists in house via business, can answer or speculate on most questions except sales/value
There are some folk on here who are far more knowledgable than me, who have provided answers when I've been stuck so I wouldn't think it's personal, this forum is far more user friendly than most! 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱

I think this may have been the question

"Amber park brake light

This warning light came on this afternoon, I switched the car off and it never came back on, what does this mean"

^^^ Dunno sorry. i didn't see much point in me posting this so i didn't. Wink But if you see many of my other posts i will always try and help out if i have the answer or have experienced the problem myself or i know of someone that has and have resolved it. Thumbs Up Ken, as said above, its not personal. Just take a look at how many new members join the site and the first post is a problem of fault they have with their vehicle. Whistle

If you RTFM, it says amber indicator after starting or while driving means a fault with EBA which needs you to seek urgent medical, I mean qualified assistance. So after all the dummy spitting the answer is in the book. Made me walk out to garage to get you answer in cold Yawn

If the question was in fact the one above, then it has so many possible answers no one's going to offer one particular one just in case they're way off the mark. RRS gone
