I need help with ferries....

I've come up against a fairly serious problem.

Route is all planned to Cyprus up to Bari in Italy.

Problem is getting RRS from Italy to Cyprus. Most ferry companies will get you to Piraeus in Greece (Near Athens).

Getting from Greece to Cyprus is proving to be much more difficult. There seems to be only one company operating Piraeus - Limassol but there is a strict height restriction on 1m 70 - NO MORE! Therefore a RRS will not fit!

Does anyone know, or know anyone who can help? I am getting pretty desperate!

Rather than driving the RRS all the way, is there the option to fly, and let the Rangie go by RORO facilities from Southampton/Italy/Greece to Cyprus (do they do car exports from these Countries). Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

i definitely screwed that last post up , you can get RORO for export from the UK (a mere 1500 pounds to OZ from the UK for a TD5 Disco), but you have to find your own way there and make sure you have all the right export and import docs sorted. Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

Thanks but kind of defeats the object of the drive there!
