I managed to remove the whole assembly and it make it easier to try to remove the broken connector inside the aux but I am stuck there...can't get it out...

Have you tried a powerful magnet possibly using something thin to connect it to the end?

In the worst case you just heat the connector with a soldering iron to this will release it and the you can push it out.

I had the same problem and solved it by drilling the 3.5mm pin with 1mm drill out. Put the drill in the very center of pin which is plastic and soft. Drilled slow speed until drill stuck in plastic and then popped them both together out. Took me 1min to solve ! |
