can someone help me,is there a re-set button for the sat nav.its seems to be out of sync,putting my location a few miles away from where i actually am |

Im not sure you can reset it - but you can check its reading from the secret menu screen see its GPS is aquiring properly Mike

Sure I found a restore default settings on a screen menu for the sat nav.MY 2011 |

I'm sure there is a manual adjustment for the current position of the vehicle. I played with it some time ago and can't remember how to get into the specific menu, but do recall being able to move the current position of the vehicle. (Whilst stationary I hasten to add). |

If you put an address a mile or two to a destination in the sat nav it will say "destination to close, look on the map for bla bla bla" . This is what you have to do LOOK ON THE SAT NAV SCREEN and you will see a red point on the map. You will also see all the streets. You don't get instructions "go left or go right" just go left or right like you will fallow a real map to reach the red point on the map. I told this to my sister and she said she swered bad words for 3 yrs because she did not know /|\ |
