Katie the Rottie

7 weeks ago Katie was diagnosed as having a cancerous tumour on her front leg, 2 options were, leg off or put to sleep, we went with the first option as she is only 7 and is full of life :top:

Here she is 4 weeks after the op.

You can see how we'll she has adapted bringing her good leg into the middle.

You can see her scars here as the hair grows back in.

She had her second lot of chemotherapy on Thursday and seems to be responding well to it :top:

This was her this morning playing with her pal Hannah.

Fantastic video and I too think it was the right decision! Thank you for keeping the dog happy. We had a rotweiller too, but unfortunately we lost him after he was diagnosed with a throat cancer. He was 13 years old... Which is a very old age for these dogs as you know.
You are great people and really I can't thank you enough for going head with the surgery! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Vadim A.

Katie is really my wife's dog, she and her ex had Katie when they were together but she still sees her. It was the best choice for her as you can see she is a live wire and loves running about with other dogs and the horses.

We now have 2 of our own Rotties,

Lucy and Jack
