Hi folks

my 2006 RRS has a seriously out of date sat nav and i want an upgrade.

Is there anywhere I can buy a new sat nav disc and the price from land rover is ridiculous.

I also see that getting into the actual box that sits under my passenger seat is proving to be very difficult.

Any help and links would be appreciated.

Hi,

I have recently changed my Sat Nav disc in my 2008 RRS, bought direct from NAVTEQ.

To change the disc over, lift the passanger seat as high as it will go, then move it forward as much as it will go, you should then be able to access the unit under the seat, you will need to get underneath, small eject button on the left hand side of the unit, should be straight forward.

There is also a small lock/unlock slider on the opposite side of the eject button. If the slider is in locked position the eject button won't work.
