My13. Screen blank, radio not working.

The screen on my rrs my13 has died. Initially only radio was working but now everything is dead. Screen is blank. Would this be a fuse.

My screen died , switched it off, left it a couple of hours, came back & it was working , been fine since Owner of MY13 RRS Red Edition, Santorini Black, Ebony with Lunar, Privacy Glass & Exterior Design Pack

same with mine, the next day it was working. Called service guy said may be the software, getting it reloaded again to hopefully fix issue.
