Stratstones always have build slots for RRS, so should be no more than 12 weeks from order to delivery at the mo. if you want a black 'Red' Edition, I can have that on your drive by the w/e,,from my Stratstone dealer.

No dealer 'always has build slots'; they are allocated on a monthly basis. That said, cars ordered with the factory in the last allocation should only be 10 weeks away.

I went on a factory tour at solihull the other day,the tour guide was very knowledgable and staff willing to asnswer questions put to them.
However i was disappointed in the amount of downtime, robots and personnel were just stood still.
I think the reason was that they have inserted the build of the new rr full fat into the line and the staff were waiting for parts, not sure if this was from their internal or external warehouse.
The only line which was running smoothly was the defender line.this had no robots just people.

The line does stop to keep things sync...they don't keep much at Solihull stores and transferred just in time locally Mike

It was at least a 2 hour stop, our tour was 3 hours long and the only thing moving was the panel cutter.
