Finally picked up my new car yesterday (or 'Rory' as my wife's calling it!!!), so far very pleased.

Have you got dark headlining? Looks stunning.

Mine is a red edition inside as it also has the red tops on the seat belt buckles.

The Red sport lettering and side vents don't do it for me, but I do like the wheels, are they an anthracite type colour ? ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Saw one of these in the school car park this morning. TBH I thought the red badges didn't look too good.

The wheels aren't quite anthracite but a darker shade of silver i would say.

I didn't like the wheels when i first looked at them, but they've grown on me since!

I liked the Red 'bits'! when i was l looking on the internet & a few photos i saw of the launch of the edition at the New York Motor show and i thought it would be a bit unique when i ordered it back in May.

However i popped into a dealer a few months ago and saw one in the showroom and i was a bit taken aback as i thought it looked a bit tacky , HOWEVER now i've got it im dead chuffed, i think it looks unique, adds a little more 'sporty refinement' to it & our designer likes it so nuff said!!!  Owner of MY13 RRS Red Edition, Santorini Black, Ebony with Lunar, Privacy Glass & Exterior Design Pack

As you say, it's your car and if you like it that's all that matters.
Put it this way though, the red 'bits' are a damn site nicer than having a purple stripe running down the middle of the car  ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
