Depends on where you are, but I use Morrisons in Stirling after asking the same question. They really are very good.

Ive used Morrisons in Stirling and do not rate them at all.

Ive also used Pentland in Edinburgh and rate them highly, worth taking the car there to see the brand new showroom and workshops.

Or as mentioned try Strathearn engineering.

I've always enjoyed my time in pentland Edinburgh. Staff are always chatty and happy to help, salesmen I've dealt with appear very interested whilst understanding I'm in no way about to trade in my 05 for a brand new red edition there and then!!

For servicing I use Mike Aitken in Ladybank. Never had anything short of top work and first class service, don't have to pay for the fancy waiting area or glass front either!! Labour around the £40 an hour mark also... Cheaper than Arnold Clark were for servicing the wife's Zafira!!??

For purchase driven south to Lakeland and always had great service . They have a great reputation for service but perhaps a little too far.
