Does sound like a complete over reaction to me. I have suffered truly Censored service from Stratstones and let me assure you that LPR ain't no Stratstones. Search my posts for "1000th post" for the extra mile or ten than LPR go, if you're interested. James LPR is correct in that he has very limited technical knowledge, btw.

wow... such a level of intolerance...... Making a second call before writing the Doomsday book is the least you could of done......Never seen a bad word written about LPR or James......That to me speaks volumes.

Strikes me That a couple of minutes spent on a follow up call to LPR to chec.k that David received your message would have saved half the friggin night moaning about it! Having said that, it has been better following this thread than watching a bunch of has beens hoping to find a Big Brother Whistle

I understand your annoyance.

However in this modern life we live with I think you have to circum to the fact that people don't always call back or reply to emails and sometimes a light nudge is required.

As for the comment about tough times and people turning away business, in terms of dealers I don't think they are short of business, though this shouldn't be an excuse.

You should have given them another chance or chased before starting this thread...

Quick update: I have spoken to Silck17 this morning and discussed the call that was not returned yesterday and last nights thread. David will be responding to the initial enquiry on Monday when hs is back on site (as it relates to a cost of 'works'), and will of course be establishing why the call was not returned. As promised I will report back in detail next week.
