new to forum 1st post so may not be in correct area

just got a 2006 hse sport , it has a light switch to the left of the dash board with a light decal and a number 2
on it .
does not seem to have any effect on lights front or rear but switch lights up,
hope someone can help?[/b]

were exactly is it?
sounds aftermarket to me ? 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater )))

Aftermarket fog/flood lights since removed ?

Sounds to me like it is the std LR Aux light switch. I suspect that it has had in the past some aux lights either on the front bumper or on a roof rack (Like a G4)  Bodsys Brake Bible
