Back deck lid won't open

Don't know what happened but the latch is like 1/2 released but I can't get it to open or push it shut. Has anyone had this happen before? Thx! Mike mike murphy

Malaysia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Chawton White

If you mean the tailgate, a quick hard push should put the door into locked position again.
Otherwise, have you tried to press and hold both the master lock/unlock buttons for three seconds to release the tailgate? Malaysia Boleh!

It's quite a popular issue....

As bobby says, but it that doesn't work, look at the links and info contained here as its a similar issue albeit a different door style.
