Organised social trips to the Nurburgring - YES!

As JayMann no doubt said already - he's asked me on behalf of your group to come up with some ideas. The 12th/13th August is the weekend of the Oldtimer Classic GP on the 'new' GP Circuit, we've done the last two years to this event and it's an absolutely fantastic weekend to visit the 'Ring, you would not believe some of the motors you see running around the place. Everthing from NSU Prinz' to Carrera GT's.
As you know - the Nordschleife is open to the public that weekend too, the downside of all this is that you won't get a room in or near Nurburg itself for love nor money, and the Touristfahren sessions will be busy, hence my planned trip for the following weekend when things will be marginally quieter.
As I explained to JayMann earlier today, I'm over there this weekend and I'll scout around and find suitably luxurious (without taking the pi55) accommodation with reasonable night life to boot. Anything within a 50km radius is fine - all roads to the 'Ring are good fun themselves!
I'll report back via JayMann next week, in the meantime stay off the school runs Big Boys!

PS - A good mate of mine just bought a Cayenne - I called him a for not buying a RR Sport! Does this mean I can stay here despite driving a Caterham?

I dunno with you guys.. I had to sort out the LR Factory visit, and now Jaymann is sorting this out.. what would you old timers do without us yung'uns!!? hehe.
