Replied! I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy! |

I PM replied to both you and Kimmea; I haven't heard back from London RRS, so - for informational purposes, let me post it here: Hi LondonRRS: Thanks for your inquiry! I think everyone has found the installation very easy. The polycarbonate lens unclips from the headlight body, and then needs to be heated up (I put them in an oven sitting on a damp towel @ 225 for 7 minutes, and it was enough to allow the goo to release the lens - and then install reflector and reheat to push them back together again). I took the extra precaution of unbolting the HID ballasts before I did the heating. It's easy. If you would like a set of reflectors, it's $110, which includes shipping to the UK. I also make them smoked (you choose light, medium or dark) for $10 addition, or I can add a bit of pearlescent into the clear, which makes them a bit 'whiter' and more 'shimmery'. This option is new, and $10 extra as well. PM if you wish to have me make a set for you! Be aware that this is not a business - it's a hobby. I do this for fellow enthusiasts in my spare time, so it may be several weeks before I cast a set for you. Thanks! Mike |

Oh...sure, sure. Give me no end of grief for not getting them out to you in two weeks, and then you sit on 'em for 2 months. I get it. I'm looking forward to pics! M |

I do think your smoked inserts look cracking! Better get your moulds ready, if a picture is worth a thousand words, it might just stimulate a few sales |

Could you post a closer-up picture of the front corner of your RRS to capture the headlight/inserts? Thanks in advance! M |
