Well after a few weeks of ownership we have our first couple of faults ! The fridge doesn't work and the cd player now says error so as the car has approved warranty I rang Lancasters of Reading. The oh so helpfull woman that eventually picked up the phone @ 9:30 am said good afternoon then hung up on me .i rang back and the same women said she could not find the car details even tho I'd been in a couple of weeks before and they had it on there system then . Finally she did have them but said she could not tell me anything as the previous owner had not transferred the policy over. Fair enough I said but before I chase the last owner can you tell me if these problems would be covered so I'm not waisting my time NO I then explained that I was looking to extend my warranty to the tune of £860 and she cheered up a bit well until I said thank you very much for your help but I think I'll call Heartwells Land Rover instead bye bye . I must admit it leaves a bad tast in my mouth if this is what there customer service is like  S, grey, all black int, s,steps, window tints, fridge, ff tv x 3.

I rang around 5 dealers and James French came out £150 more than my lowest estimate and that was from a main dealer  2008 Black Range Rover Sports HST, 4.2 Supercharged.
