It's ridiculous

I've invested in £3k logging hardware, and one of the guys just will not use it... I keep telling him it's easier, I've shown him how to use it.... and yet he feels it's not as good as the old system, but the other guy is doing 20% more work a day with his new one, yet STILL he will not accept it's better...

Like banging my head against a wall.... as we're not alowed to hurt his feelings or anything....  RRS gone

Get a grip awd or show him the door, life is so much easier up here in yorkshire nobody is indispensable, you have invested all that money to make your buisness run better and easier, if he's not prepared to use it then find someone that is Unless his wife is doing you favours
