Just thought id post a picture of my TDV6, get you guys thoughts? I was looking for new grill/side vents possibly? Any idea's?

Very clean and tidy We are always full of ideas on here, the first thing most of us change is the side indicators on the doors to either white or smoked, yours will probably look better white Next thing would be as you've suggested, perhaps getting the side vents and the outer edge of your front grill colour coded, just my opinon though.

Personally (and it's just me of course) I like the non colour coordination route on silver cars... especially Zambezi... but keep the vinyl blacked...

Ady's suggestion of de-tango'ing the repeaters is a great one.

The chrome does not look too out of place (only colour you could get away with chrome imho)

Yeah I do like the black vinyl! Always plenty back to black on it!! The strip below the windscreens giving me some grief though... Always the first bit to start looking scabby!!

Top tip ref the area below the windscreen (even though I've not tried it yet but others swear by it) is smooth peanut butter

rub it on...and bingo...all black again RRS gone

As said, side repeaters are a small, but nice change

If you want the trim problem to go away, get yourself some C4 from the guys at GTechniq. Take time to watch the video demo and make sure you apply it per the instructions and it'll last around 18 months, possibly more

Not sure about the peanut butter... But that C4 looks the part? I've been on there website for 10 minutes and my baskets overflowing?? Will need to arrange delivery when the wife is out and smuggle straight to the garage!!! Repeaters are en-route!!!!

Repeaters are now on!! Unbelievable difference!!! Pictures cannot be posted due to rain... And the fact the car is black!!!!!

I took the chrome handles and mirror covers off today, what a difference. 2.7 TDV6

I really don't like the chrome handles, glad mines never had them!! I quite like the half chrome mirrors though??

Mine were becoming very pitted, didn't look good at all, try it without them t see if it looks any better or worse. 2.7 TDV6
